										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dr. Olson grew up in Minnesota and upon finishing his undergraduate work he was admitted to the University of North Carolina &#8211; Chapel Hill School of Medicine. He graduated in the top 10% of his medical school class, receiving the Alpha Omega Alpha award. Upon completion of his internal medicine residency at the University of California San Francisco, Dr. Olson was admitted to the Northwestern University cardiology training program in Chicago, Illinois.Following his cardiology fellowship, Dr. Olson remained at Northwestern University to complete advanced fellowship training in echocardiography.</p>
<p>Dr. Olson strives to treat every patient as he would want to be treated. He strives to provide all the diagnostic and therapeutic options available to his patients. His goal is to arrive at a patient centered treatment plan that best preserves their long-term health. Whether it be preventing heart disease or treating heart disease after it has developed, Dr. Olson wants to make sure his patients understand their medical issues and their possible solutions. His goal is for patients to feel empowered in their ability to manage their health and make informed decisions.</p>
<p>Dr. Olson is a much sought after teacher in the UCLA Family Medicine Residency at VCMC. He is an outstanding doctor and has brought his advanced clinical skills to our patients as a cardiology consultant.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dr. Nitzel graduated from Idaho State University with a BS in Microbiology in 2002. He received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2006. Dr. Nitzel completedhis Internal Medicine internship and residency at the University of Arizona in 2009. He trained in Cardiology at the University of Utah. Dr, Nitzel served as Chief Cardiology Fellow in 2013.</p>
<p>Following completion of his cardiology training, Dr. Nitzel was invited to join the faculty as an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah. During this time, he developed additional expertise in treatinga broad spectrum of complex cardiac disease. Additionally, he provided didactic and clinical teaching to medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows.</p>
<p>Dr. Nitzel’s clinical interests include ischemic heart disease (coronary artery disease) and non-ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease, and cardiac arrhythmias. Dr. Nitzel is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He also has advanced training in cardiovascular CT and MRI imaging.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dr. Abdi-Moradi was born and raised in Houston, Texas and always had a curiosity for medicine as a young child. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic Arizona where he realized his passion for cardiology and thus pursued cardiology fellowship at his alma mater in Tucson.  As a resident of California since July 2016, Dr. Abdi-Moradi is excited to be at Oceanview Medical Specialists to serve patients at his new home. Dr. Abdi-Moradi interest are non-invasive cardiology including exercise stress test interpretation, nuclear stress test interpretation, echocardiography, and EKG/Holter/Event monitoring.  In his spare time he enjoys jogging, trying new restaurants, and traveling.</p>
