
Gastroenterology and Hepatology
Elizabeth Eldakar is a board-certified physician assistant practicing in Gastroenterology. She was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania and received her B.S. in Biology & Medical Technology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She changed her career course and graduated from Keck School of Medicine of USC Physician Assistant Program, then earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Nebraska Medical Center. She taught at several PA programs in Southern California, Ohio and Oklahoma and served as a Department of Defense medical support contractor in Egypt. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Her clinical interests are to practice compassionate and quality medical care for the underserved communities. In her free time, Liz enjoys Ocean-friendly gardening, bicycling and hiking.
