Dr. Dhruv Verma is a board-certified gastroenterologist with a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Dr. Verma has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating complex gastrointestinal and liver disorders.
With a robust educational background, Dr. Verma completed his Internal Medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center, followed by a Gastroenterology fellowship from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) affiliated hospital Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center where he was elected as chief fellow in his final year of training. He then completed Advanced and Transplant Hepatology fellowship at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center.
Dr. Verma stays up to date with the latest advancements in his field and has published numerous abstracts, manuscripts, and presented research at prestigious conferences, showcasing his expertise in gastroenterology and hepatology.
Originally from Ventura, CA, Dr. Verma returns with a passion for caring and a commitment to community service, having participated in global health projects and volunteered at various organizations. He is licensed to practice medicine in California and holds certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterologists.
