Alexis Murray is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 17 years of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across family medicine and specialty liver clinics. She currently serves at Magnolia Family Clinic in Oxnard, California, where she provides comprehensive care to underserved populations, from newborns to older adults, and plays a vital role in Ventura County’s largest liver care clinic.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alexis is widely respected for her ability to communicate complex medical information in clear, accessible ways, fostering trust and confidence among patients, families, and colleagues alike. Her clinical expertise spans chronic disease management, urgent care, women’s health, liver disease, addiction medicine, and minor surgical procedures. She was also a founding team member in establishing a clinic dedicated to Hepatitis C treatment, demonstrating her commitment to advancing community health resources.
Alexis has also provided care at Venice Family Clinic (UCLA) and Primary Medical Group, gaining extensive experience with diverse patient populations, including those facing homelessness and complex medical and social needs.
She earned dual master’s degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health from Touro University, along with a Master of Science in Environmental & Occupational Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Northridge. She holds active certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, DEA licensure, and California state licensure.
