Infectious Disease
Dr. Andrew Sou is a Board-Certified Osteopathic Physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Sou earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internship and Residency training in Internal Medicine at Trios Health in Kennewick, Washington, where he also served as Chief Resident in his final year. Afterwards he practiced as a Hospitalist/Generalist in Seattle, Washington.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Sou returned to Southern California and completed a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA. He now resides in Ventura, California practicing as an Infectious Disease Physician.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Sou is a member of several professional associations, including the Infectious Disease Association of California and the Infectious Disease Society of America. He has presented research and lectures on Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship. He has published in peer-reviewed journals such as Archives of Clinical and Biomedical Research and Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine. In his free time, Dr. Sou enjoys running half-marathons, bringing his golf handicap as low as possible, and cooking meals with his fiancée.
